Hannari Programming — We’re Launching a Website!

This community quietly started in Kyoto in 2017, and before we knew it, we’d grown to over 1,100 members.

We kept things simple and low-effort for a long time — our only presence was a Connpass event page. But we’re approaching our 10th year, and it felt like the right time to have something a little more tangible. Something that might even give us a bit more momentum.

So we decided to build a site using GitHub Pages. Our goal is to shape it in a way that lets everyone who joins put their own stamp on it.

We’ll keep going — online and in person — as a place where people can enjoy learning programming, AI, and all things digital.

Let’s build something fun together. (Which is exactly why we’ve only set up the bare minimum here. Definitely not because we were cutting corners.)
